As a writer I envy those writers who post daily about their efforts, their word counts, what they are writing and how it is proceeding. I can’t bring myself to gush about my next novel when at best it’s months away. Would anyone follow along on a journey of creativity that lasts for a year? And if I post ad nauseum about the excitement I feel about that next book, can words really convey the feeling; get readers to feel it too? What’s the secret formula to hook readers for months on end? If anyone out there has that potion, please share. I’d love to sprinkle some of it in my posts.
