So Louise Penny fans – if you’ve read the latest Gamache mystery you saw parsnip-apple soup over and over. We decide we had to try it so found a recipe on line and made a pot. Pretty good. I blame it all on Ms. Penny. She’s made Three Pines sound so inviting that it’s taken over even our cooking. Photo of finished soup attached.
