Okay, you caught me. Instead of working diligently on the promised revisions and final editing of book 3 in the Tirumfall Trilogy, I’ve been glued to my computer watching the Iditarod dog sled race. It’s an event unlike most races or competitions because it covers 10 days or more and mushers, both men and women, are moving day and night. For me, I can’t help myself. I love watching the dogs running through the Alaskan wilderness, through snowstorms, winds, rough terrain and lousy trail conditions. And the interviews with the mushers are great. These people are traveling for days with little sleep and yet they’re all smiling and telling everyone what a great time they’re having. If you don’t believe me, you can check it out at www.iditarod.com
What does that have to do with the revisions to Tirumfall book 3? Well, I’m not getting much done right now because I’m watching too much of the dog sled race. I have done something, now through page 195, but there’s still a lot left. Once the race is over, I promise I’ll get busy again and knock this book out. In the meantime, I hope everyone has a good book to read.
