As an indie author I do watch my sales charts, probably more than I should since the numbers tik up pretty slowly. Last month was an anomaly because I sold more books at D2D than at Amazon. That NEVER happens. Might never happen again but for that month D2D was on top without explanation. Now it’s April and we’ll see what happens. I doubt it will repeat.
