Readers who enjoy a series are always asking when the next book will be coming out. Believe it or not, writing, editing and publishing a book takes time. Sometimes it takes longer than it should because the author got distracted. I’m not talking about the writers who never finish a promised series, I’m talking about the day-to-day distractions that add days or weeks to the release date. I admit to being guilty of that; like right now. You see, I love baseball. It’s the one sport I played growing up. We were at the ball field everyday all summer, picking sides and playing. And now the baseball season has begun, so instead of getting as much work done on Koronus and his path to becoming a wizard, I’ve been watching baseball movies (like Bull Durham) and MLB games and even took time off from writing yesterday to go hit balls at the batting cages. If you were hoping for an update on “Koronus: Apprentice,” I apologize. I will get back on it. More next time.
